How quick is the normal service?
We aim to complete all jobs within 72 hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Which image formats are supported?
We mainly convert high quality Jpeg's and PSD's to html email, but due to issues with fonts we also accept high resolution Png, Bmp, Svg, Eps and Tiff files.
Can I change the image or links after I order?
Yes, this is possible but please contact us as soon as you can as there may be an additional fee if work has already started. Additionally a time delay on completing your order may occur.
Whats the difference between Basic and Super?
Basic Chop - This is when text is only visible AFTER images are downloaded example 1 example 2
Super Chop - This is when text is visible BEFORE images are downloaded example 1 example 2
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards and Visa & Maestro debit cards. We also accept purchase orders for pre-arranged credit accounts.
How secure are my credit card details?
All credit card details are passed directly to our card processing company Sage Pay & due to security guidelines we do not store your card details at any point on our systems.
